The association’s executive committee
The association is governed by a volunteer, three-member executive
committee which is elected every four years by the general membership. The
executive committee currently consists of:

- Nobert Peller, Rechtsanwalt
- Edmund Schenk, Altenpfleger (verst.)
The executive committee is assisted in its work by an extended executive
committee. This committee is currently staffed by:
- Sibylle Briese, solicitor
- Sabine Crook, political scientist/nurse
- Nicole Frölich, Dipl. social worker
- Brigitte Lindscheid, Darmstadt City Councillor for Sustainability
- Edmund Schenk, home caregiver
- Dr. Kyra Seidenberg, solicitor
The committee calls its members to an annual meeting of the general membership, held on the last Saturday in February, to report on the activities and finances of the association. Elections to the committee are held every four years.
