We can carry out all manner of correspondence on your behalf with public officials, landlords, and housing associations, and you’ll receive a copy for your records. If we receive any replies or other correspondence concerning you, we will forward the originals to you the same day, and keep copies for our own records. But because handling personal correspondence requires considerable time and effort on our part, we cannot meet the costs from our regular membership fees.
Therefore, we must charge €8 for each letter written on your behalf.
In special cases where letters must be sent by registered post, we must charge a correspondence fee of €13 to cover the increased postage costs.
